Additional Card Ordering
Additional Card Instructions: These options may confuse you, so be sure to read the instructions.
- You won't find "RSVP cards" or "Thank-You Cards" as options. You are paying for the size and quantity of each card, as well as whether it has envelopes and how many printed sides. It doesn't matter what you are using the card for, it matters what the printing options are.
- This is because you can have a 1-sided RSVP card with envelopes, or a 2-sided RSVP card with NO Envelopes (if you are using the card as a postcard). So you need to think of what cards you need to order and then think of their sizes, paper type, sides printed, whether they need an envelope, and quantity.
Envelope Printing Payment Instructions
- This same concept follows for envelope address printing. You won't find "Invitation envelope printing" or "RSVP envelope printing." You will just find "Number of envelopes printed 1-side" and "Number of enveloped printed 2-sides."
- Again, you'll have to think. For every envelope you have, do you want them printed, and how many sides?
- Example: lets say you order 100 invitations and 100 RSVP cards. You get envelopes for each, and they are 5x7" and 3.5x5" envelopes respectively. You have 200 envelopes that can (but don't have to be) printed.
- If you want all envelopes printed 1-Sided. That is 200 envelopes printed 1-side.
- However, if you want the invitations printed 2-Sided (front and back), but the RSVP envelopes only need your address on the front. That means 100 (RSVP) envelopes printed 1-side and 100 (Invitation) envelopes printed 2-sides.
- However, often people only have about 93% of their recipient addresses gathered by the time they need to go to print. If that was the case here, it would be 93 invitation envelopes printed 2-Sided. The other seven will just have the return address printed, but they need to be paid for. So they are 1-Sided printing, and combined with the RSVP envelopes, that is 107 printed 1-Side.
- You need to stop and figure out what printing you need. If you need help, stop finalizing your order (you can leave items in your cart, no problem), and contact us.
