Addressing Services

We offer two types of address services: Labels and Envelope Printing. We also print two types of addresses: Return and Recipient.

Recipient Addresses (printing your guest list): We can print all of your guests' names and address for you! We can do it to on labels or on envelopes. Either way (labels or envelopes), we have strict guidelines for how you get the list to us. Other company's might charge you a set-up fee to print addresses from a guest list. We don't charge a set-up fee, because if you format the list correctly, we don't have extra work and headaches. However, for this reason, we will reject poorly formatted lists (if you fail to follow the guidelines). In that case, we will make you fix it so it complies to the formatting requirements. Again, we don't charge any set-up because we only accept correctly formatted lists.

Recipient (Guest) List Guidelines:

Recipient Addresses

If you are confused, or just scared to get it wrong, we can email you a correctly formatted file.

Labels: We print on white labels for orders with white envelopes, and "clear" (more like a frosty) for ecru envelopes. Labels with a return address. Labels (for recipient or return addresses) are $2.50 for each sheet of 30. These come in sheets, not on the envelope. You have to take them off of the sheets and stick them to the envelopes.

Envelope Printing: Envelope printing is priced at $0.15 per side, per envelope.

If you just need the return address printed, it is $0.15 per envelope.

If you also need the recipient addresses printed, it can be 1-Sided or 2-Sided. If you have the return address on the front of the envelope (along with the recipient addresses), it is 1-Sided.

If you have the return address printed on the back of the envelope and the recipient addresses printed on the front, it is 2-Sided printing. That translates into $0.30 per envelope.

RSVP Envelope Printing: This is also available. Again, it is $0.15 per side, per envelope. Normally your return address is printed as the recipient of the envelope. So it can be confusing to talk about the "return address" of an RSVP envelope because the address normally printed is your address so the cards can be returned to you.

Examples: For the examples, we'll say you have 110 invitations and 110 RSVP cards (both with envelopes), you have 220 envelopes.

Scenario 1: You have the return and recipient addresses printed on the front of the invitation envelopes, and your address printed on the front of the RSVP envelopes.

Result 1: 220 envelopes printed 1-Sided @ $0.15 each = $33.00

Scenario 2: You want your return address on the back of the invitation envelopes, and your guest addresses on the front. You also want your address on the front of the RSVP envelopes.

Result 2: 110 invitation envelopes printed 2-Sided @ $0.30 each, and 100 RSVP envelopes printed @ $0.15 each = $48.00
