  • Do you have a catalog you can send me? Answer: No. Our catalog is only online, we do not print a catalog. But our online catalog is complete, instantly available, and saves us money (savings we can pass on). However, we have something arguably better that we can send you: actual samples. See below for details.
  • Can you copy a design I found that I like? Answer: No. We cannot outright copy another company's copyrighted design. We cannot even look at it (and then come up with something similar) without being in danger of breaking the law. But what we can do is make anything you describe for us. Simply describe what you like (about their design) and we'll make it. Only it will be customized even more for you as we go through the designing process. So if you didn't make the design yourself (and therefore don't own the copyright), we can't see it -- but you can ask us to make any design that you describe.
  • How long does _______ take? Answer: Please read "How This Works" under "Quick Info" (found in the links up and to the left). That link contains a complete description of what is involved (including turn-around-times) in having us make wedding cards for you. If you ask us a "How long. . . " question, we'll just point you to that information. So you can save yourself time (if this is your question) by following the link now.

Limited Stock: In order to keep the samples FREE, we only offer a limited selection of our cards. This way we only have to print and stock a handful of cards. Otherwise we would have to juggle and keep stocked up on our complete catalog (216 possible design and paper type combinations without mixing and matching design panels); and for that added labor and cost, we'd have to charge for our samples. So even if you beg for a specific card that is not listed, the answer will be no.

The purpose of our free samples is not to allow customers to see a specific design (you can do that online). Rather, it is so you can see and hold the card types that interest you (i.e. folding card on cardstock, 5x7 invitation on photo paper, RSVP card, etc.). This way you can see the quality and get a feel for the cards.

Your samples envelopes will arrive with printed addresses. This will be an example of our envelope printing option. Envelope printing is an optional service that must request and pay for. (Some customers have assumed that because the free samples and/or hard copies came in printed envelopes, that the service was included).
