This form works for any card (Invitation, Save the Date, Thank You, Insert, RSVP etc.). It is for your main item. In most cases this would be a Wedding Invitation, Wedding Announcement, or Save the Date Card. Once you fill this form out, you be prompted to pay the $30 deposit/ design comission fee.

Ordering Additional Cards: Once you have ordered your main card and paid the $30, you can also order additional cards. Additional cards are covered under the original $30. You only have to pay that once. To order additional cards, go to the Additional Cards Order Form (this can be found in the top menu under "Ordering." That order form only requires your name and email, and no deposit.

Note: You will have access to a catalog of designs & fonts as you fill out this form. So if you can't remember the design(s) you liked, you can look them up. This catalog is a pop-up page available in each design section.


Instructions (please read):

  • Save Data in Another File: The best advice we can give you is to compile and save your wording and design notes in a word-type document (and save it) before you fill out this form. That way you always have a copy of your notes, you usually can do a spell check on your wording, and most importantly: if you mess up on the order form and it is rejected, you don't lose your information. (This can happen if you fail to include a required field, such as the contact info, a photo, or the security question at the end) So please type up all of your info into another document you can save (even if it is a hotmail-type email that you can send to yourself and save that way).
  • Required Fields: The required fields are the contact info and the security question. If you fail to fill them out, the form will be rejected and you will lose your data (see the first instruction).
  • Be Patient: This is very, very important. Once you click "Sumbit Query" at the botom of this page, you must wait until the page refreshes and you get a message that either says the upload is successful or it has failed. Normal upload time is SEVERAL MINUTES! You are uploadiing images, and that can easily take 1-10 minutes. Even 5 minutes seems like an eternity in the age of faster internet. So once you click "Submit," please walk away from the mouse and go grab a cup of coffee or something. At least wait until this form turns white and you receive a message.

It is free (in that we don't charge you anything), but "standard text messaging rates apply." This means your cell carrier might charge you if you go over your allotted free text messages, or you don't get free texts.

Read this anyway: This is optional, but recommended. The design process is sped up or slowed down depending on your speed at checking and replying to emailed proofs (with changes or approval).

Also, because the proofs are attached to emails, sometimes your spam (junk, bulk, etc.) filter will sequester it in your spam folder. So even if you don't use this option, please check your spam folder in a day or two. This spam issue is also a reason the text message is recommended.

Large Photos & Uploading Times: Digital cameras are saving photos larger and larger these days, and if your photos are large (and/ or there are many of them), then you might run into a problem uploading them all at once. The connection with our server will probably time out if you try to upload more than 15 MB of photos at once (the order will be lost and you'll have to re enter it). If your photos are taken with a camera that is 10 mega-pixels or larger and/ or you have more than 6 to upload, you might want to upload your photos in smaller sets.

If you think your photos are (together) larger than 15 MB (or even close to it), or you just want to just be safe, then only upload 1-2 photos with the order (still fill out all of the design information). Then use the amendment form to upload the rest of the photos 1-2 at a time. The amendment form can be found on any page under the "Ordering" menu.

Retouching Services: If you want anything retouched, describe it in the design notes and or photo description on the panel in question. We offer free basic retouching, which includes removing of simple, small objects. This includes almost all blemishes or simple objects in the foreground/ background. If your retouching is more extensive we will notify you before doing it and tell you if it is either impossible or covered under our $10 advanced retouching flat fee.
